Chronic Urticaria

I developed chronic idiopathic urticarial in 2010. I woke up at 3am and felt I needed to go out into the garden for air. I spent the whole year in and out of hospital because of this rash which doesn't respond to oral antihistamines and requires IV steroids/antihistamines because I go in anaphylactic shock. My body is hot all the time and I emit heat all around me.

I understand the spiritual side of things and do feel that somehow my body is trying to purge past life trauma and recalibrate itself but I have needed the help of the medical profession with that because it's intolerable otherwise.

This week I've felt a dramatic change in my energy levels and look forward to maintaining and improving that.
