confused and nervous

I have always been sensitive but lately as I age I am being bombarded by the energies of others more intensely than ever. I can feel other people i no longer have to use my eyes sometimes i feel like i move around through my mind and not with vision. I am very glad to be receptive, but lately my living situation and work environment have been conducive to fatigue and i can no longer block the energy drain. I always feel as though people are looking towards me and then i am bombarded by their energy fields. I would like to be able to focus my energies into a positive and creative force to help others and would like to learn as much about the experiences of others who share this. Do you have any suggestions as far strengthening my internal energy force against negativity and psychic drains?
