i get really scared of them

I am to the point of going crazy I cant sit stand or lay down anywhere I first hear them coming to me than I feel them viorbrate sometimes they send a poke or heat I don't like how it feels when I move away they now come to where I move to me they remind me as they were baby kittens on or under me 24/7 sometimes they could be rats I got traps every where iam to the point it pisses me off that I cant lay down or sit anywhere I do get very scared please send me what u think or if you can help me. thank you renee
