my disconnection from my body

I desparately trying to get out of this disconnection,but i dont know how i became like this in the first place. We are lost in our own world. I also wondering for the past 2 years why i was put on this earth. I like to be dead, then i dont have to stare at that stranger in the mirrior and wonder?
