Had the same experience...

Hi Dawn,

Just read your blog "A new lease on life". The same thing happened to me in 2008. Had the worst blinding headache I've EVER had in my entire life...the pain went on for two days before I finally gave in and went to the emergency room. At that point I didn't care if I died because the pain was SO bad.

They did a brain scan, blood tests, and then finally a spinal tap. All tests were normal, but they said the spinal tap would release some pressure and could possibly help with the pain...They also gave me a narcotic in my IV for the pain and after a few hours, sent me on my way.

The pain was a tiny bit better that night, but it took a couple more days to completely go away.
After that experience, I started to see lots of stuff in my 3rd eye...weird stuff, like symbols that were alive and moving, humming, lots of vivid colors. I went through a period of about 2 months that it was really intense and then it calmed down a bit. It seems like the headache was an intense activation of the Pineal gland.

Since then, I see stuff occasionally but not as intense as during that time. I have had strong headaches since then, but nothing that bad. I can tell when it's a "Pineal" headache because it feels like the middle of my brain is swollen, I start to see white sparkles everywhere, and my body gets real hot.

A friend recommended taking a magnesium and vitamin C supplement which might be the reason that my headaches have calmed down. I've also been using fluoride free toothpaste since then, because fluoride is known to supress the Pineal gland.
