Neck pain

by Si
(UK)

Hi all..... yes, over the past ten years I have experienced ALL of the symptoms that you have listed - notably headaches.

The headaches are of two types: neurological inside the skull, and physical in the skull itself.

Modifications in my diet helped to some degree, but not much. Eliminating sugar and wheat helped the most.

Muscle spasms everywhere got really bad at one stage, but have now been eliminated through taking bucket loads of Ca/Mg.

Most of the other symptoms skin rashes, terminal fatigue etc etc etc I have managed to cope with.

For the past 8 weeks I have had a monstrous pain in both sides of my neck. It gets worse if I try to stretch, and it is painful to turn my head to either side.

It's worse in the morning.

I exercise daily, meditate, eat as raw as possible, drink gallons of filtered water, avoid alcohol and caffeine. I am clean living. 53 years old

I'll be glad when I've had enough!

Neck Pain Relief
by: Anonymous

I have experienced great neck relief from getting an adjustment from an upper cervical chiropractor. He used an atlas orthogonal tool to realign the atlas vertebrae. It is completely different from the usual chiro adjustment - no twisting or popping. I cannot explain how much better I feel. Not 100% yet, but well on my way.

by: johnny1979

I have had neck and shoulder pain for the past ten years. Why has the pain not left but seems to get worse?I finally got an appointment with a nerologist and hopefully i will find out the real diagnose. One doc. said it was brachial plexus injury but i've been reading up on thoracic outlet syndrome and i seem to have all the symptoms. This is by the way all caused by a car accident back in 2002. Any suggestions welcome.

So much emphatically good news now appearing in the media....all portending the imminent arrival of our long-awaited New Age.

This year will whizz by, and each day will be better than the last.

Sorry Si. Don't know why the d got added. Apologies. Helen
PS. Perhaps it refers to the note D and the sacral chakra.

Thanks Helen

That all makes sense.

But, the neck pain dispersed many months ago, anyway.

I feel as though I have been through a transformation since this time last year.

All is well.

Zeal Point
by: Helen

The Zeal point over the medulla oblongata resonates to G# so meditating to this sound using crystal bowls may help or exacerbate symptoms depending on the heart chakra.
Concentrate on opening the heart chakra through giving and receiving only Love. Circulate this high frequency energy through the zeal point in an infinity loop centered in the heart and encompassing the physical body.
Clearing all that is not love from the lower chakras, 1 to 3, is essential to opening the heart chakra. You cannot do this by yourself since fear is of our making. Give all that is not love to the Holy Spirit within you and ask for help.
The higher chakras cannot engage completely until the heart chakra is fully open, hence the pain. And the heart chakra cannot open while the lower chakras are full of fear.
Only Love is real. Only Love creates.

Article about transformational symptoms

Excerpt:

"The feeling of moving through mud as one client recently described is accurate as we play catch-up physically. Feeling dizzy, neck pain, headaches, disconnected, fatigue, anxious are all part of the same upgrade."

February opens like January on the heels of a powerful full moon, the brightest moon for the entire year of 2010. The planetary alignments of January along with the New Moon/Solar Eclipse brought in a higher level of photon light that has spun deeply into every area of our vibrational well-being.

To say January was intense is an under statement. It brought with it a laser beam of awareness into every area of outworn beliefs and energy in our conscious and more importantly unconscious selves. Feeling disconnected and emotional was common. Headaches, vertigo, sleeplessness, anxiety, and uncertainty caused us to question our very foundation.

Lower vibrations from the collective are being re-calibrated as we continue our ascension process. Feeling stuck in low gear is never a pleasant undertaking, and different for each individual. Once again, our relationship to everything we hold onto was in our face, and not in a gentle way.

2012 and our Ascension is fast becoming foremost in our consciousness for all lightworkers and starseeds. A sense of urgency is the underpinning energy that moves us deeper into all areas that require a ?vibrational upgrade.? We are being asked by the higher dimensional part of ourselves to hold a clear vision of what we want, how we want to feel, and where we want to be in ALL areas of our lives.

Neck pain
by: Si

End of January 2010...... pressure in neck remains.....pain somewhat reduced. Flexibility returning a little.

Headaches less frequent and less intense.

Have been able to exercise with more intensity.

Started running again after having been unable to run [because of back pain] for over 15 years.

Now no pain in my back. Spontaneous healing?

[I already swim, cycle, cross-train, and lift weights daily... and have done so all my life....used to be a triathlete]

Insatiable appetite for all manner of foods, especially protein.

Getting there!

I used frankincense oil (throat chakra) on my neck for the neck pain overnight and it was 90% gone by the morning. It slowly went all away over the next 2 days...

For Neck Pain
by: Anonymous

Had neck and upper back pain as one of my symptoms for years, but it's passed now. Would strongly recommend castor oil packs with heat for neck pain. Recently discovered that Edgar Cayce used this method, and it has worked wonders so far. Especially to help stimulate the lymph nodes in that area, (have been told by my guidance that it plays an important part in the neck pain issue). Also vitamin C supplement for overall headache issue. Currently using castor oil pack on the thymus area to stimulate the Higher Heart chakra and it's working wonders. Just a thought...Hope it works for you Love.

try N.U.C.C.A chiropractic
by: Anonymous

I've had neck pain for many years and a N.U.C.C.A. (National Upper Cervical Chiropractic Association)chiropractic adjustment subsided much of the pain. It is a very slight adjustment given to the Atlas. (the bone that holds up the head. There is no cracking. You just never know...and yes "this too will pass"...

Neck pain
by: Si

Well, today it is a month since I posted my first comment, and that would take us to three months with this nagging neck pain.

It has diminished slightly, but it is still there constantly. It gets worse after about 6pm, and, no matter what I am doing, the pain gradually radiates up the back of my head on both sides, causing headaches. Sometimes this pain can produce a one-sided headache similar to a migraine.

By about 8pm, I am hot, tired, dizzy, and need to lie down in my room and go to sleep.

This normally kills the headache within about two hours, if I am lucky! If not, it can get so bad that I need an ice compress to numb the pain.

I generally wake every two or three hours, but can usually return to deep REM sleep within a short time.

I am now also getting spontaneous intense itching on various parts of my body - notably my left arm - which is unresponsive to scratching. It feels like electrical impulses beneath the skin - or pins being inserted into the skin from the surface. Most uncomfortable.

This is just the latest set of symptoms.....

What joy we experience in this process!

Gratitude
by: Mashubi

Thank you dearest Si and Deborah for sharing! I very much appreciate your thoughts, as I know this discussion will help others. There are SO many people I am aware of right now who are going through exactly these kinds of experiences, and dealing with very similar questions and choices. Love and blessings to you and all who are reading and participating!

Neck pain
by: Si

Yo Deborah and Mashubi......nice of you to pay me so much attention.

Pain.....it has been with me in this body for a long time, in one form or another. Most of the time our reaction to pain is to simply get rid of it by any means possible. That sometimes works; but at other times, you get rid of pain in one place, and it reappears in another.

We have to find the cause of the pain, and try to understand what the message is.

Take migraine, for example. Conventional medicine labels this as a "neurological disease". But the pain associated with this so-called neurological disease is often merely a symptom of imbalance at some other point in the body. There are many possible causes of migraine, and the two main ones are acidosis and candidiasis. If we can find the real cause of the problem, we have a much greater chance of eliminating it at its roots, rather than merely treating symptoms.

Pain is a flag; it asks us to look at the body and see where there is an imbalance.

In the case of my present neck pain, I have absolutely no doubt that it is directly associated with deep cellular and hormonal changes that are part of the process of changing from a carbon-based to a crystalline-based structure.

The pain isn't constant; it merely irritates when I turn my head......and I know it will go in its own good time.

One of the many reasons that I am reluctant to see various practitioners for remedies to this inconvenience, is that I don't like to hand my power over to other people. A second reason is that I find talking to people who have mechanistic minds, or who are firmly entrenched in the 3D world, more trouble than it's worth!

I am here to share my experiences and my thoughts with those of like minds. Perhaps sharing my thoughts concerning my present experience can be helpful to someone else. If that's the case, then this neck pain has served some purpose!

Thanks to ya'all.

Si

Neck Pain
by: Deborah

Hi Si
I do understand the difference of the conventional ways of western med. I had the experience of a wonderful chiropractic teacher, who (which makes me giggle) would never throw your head about. He is definitely unconventional in his beliefs, so with saying that, perhaps you'll seek whoever you feel comfortable with. I get the impression that you are saying so be it, with your ailment. I and others don't know exactly what ails you, but are trying to offer our experiences and assistance to help as physical pain is not happy and I can see where you'd throw in the towel after awhile of living with the pain. There is Rekei or other physical energy work available to try, which I'm sure you're aware of. I had asked you how much stress is in your life? Well Si, I sincere wish you the best in developing an answer to the neck pain and keep in touch with the situation.

Ongoing learning for me
by: Mashubi

Hi Si and Deborah and others who might be experiencing unusual symptoms that appear to have no medical cause or solution...

I can really relate to everything that you are sharing here! It is difficult to be in pain and to find that most treatments that you might want to do to address the problem don't help, or even make things worse. AND it is difficult to witness these situations in others and to hold them in trust.

I have had a lot of ongoing learning about when to take action and when to let things be in my body. It is a very individual thing for each of us, as inner guidance seems to be the only way I know to work with this. There is a lot of learning for me about dealing with limitations, for example when there seems to be no guidance, no answers from health professionals and no imminent solutions. I would prefer to take action and 'make it better'!

Sometimes what appears to be the physical problem doesn't respond to what would be generally considered an appropriate treatment for that problem. I have had this experience several times, when I get a treatment for something that hurts, and it actually makes more of a disruption in my energy field and actually makes the symptoms worse. Sometimes these problems resulted from doing energetic work with practitioners that I later realized were not intuitively attuned to my body.

And yes Si, a treatment like traditional chiropractic adjustments can feel very disruptive if you're in a lot of pain and there is a lot of tightness and many energetic changes going on.

As an informational aside, there is a form of Chiropractic called Network Chiropractic that is much more gentle, using feather light touches to help the nervous system function more smoothly. I have found this to be a very powerful and very effective healing modality in the right situation with the right practitioner. I find this to be a very helpful intervention for my whole body, but I have not found the right person to work with here. There are only a few practitioners in my area and I did not feel the right energetic fit with them. I have found that for me this is the key to getting any kind of alternative or medical help. Thank you and blessings to Si, Deb and others who are going through these kinds of changes.

Neck pain
by: Si

LOL!..... thanks for your concern Deborah, but I think the whole point that we are making in this thread is that these many symptoms - including neck pain - are not treatable using what might be termed "conventional means".... even though chiropractic is considered unconventional by mainstream medicine!

The muscles in my neck are so tight, and so painful on movement, that the very idea of a chiropractor throwing my head around is absolutely anathema!

And how many chiropractors do you know who would be open to the notion of "ascension symptoms"?

Nope.

As they say, "this too will pass".

Neck Pain
by: Deborah

Hi Si
Okay how about a chiropractor? Have you seen one?
As you know there are several muscles in the head and neck and as you know where you are experiencing
the pain isn't necessarily where the problem lies. Hope I'm not being a pain in the neck to you! Ha! Had to throw that in.

Neck pain
by: Si

Hi Deborah and Mashubi....thanks for your feedback.

I am also a massage therapist, Deborah, [as well as a nutritionist]. The first port of call was massage, and I have all manner of gizmos that I can use, apart from my hands.....electric, electronic, magnetic, vibrational....you name it.

NONE of it works on my neck. In fact, massage makes the situation worse!

Many times in the past I have had muscle spasms on one side or the other, normally in the trapezius region, or just underneath..... and my trusty Magneton has worked its magic very quickly.

But, this time the pain is on both sides and runs from the middle of the neck right up past the base of the cranium, and through my skull. While my head is still, it is not painful, but as soon as as I turn it - as in driving - it is most uncomfortable. This situation has been with me now for nearly 2 months! I've tried Ibuprofen, but that's useless, as well!

I have read that the base of the neck is the entry point for the new energies, and that many people will be experiencing variations of this pain, as a result.

Grin and bear it - as usual! Maybe the GF have a nice little crystal for me somewhere!

Anyway, many thanks again for your kind comments, and support. What doesn't kill us makes us stronger!

Hi Si

Have you considered massage for your neck? You may need to get a couple of sessions once a week, but you may find some relief. I'm a massage therapist and a lot of people come in with the same issue. How is you stress level? Just a suggestion. Give it a try and see what you think.

Yes, jaw and neck pain
by: Mashubi

Hi Si, thanks for sharing. I can relate to what you are saying. I have developed some jaw and neck pain that continues to worsen despite all kinds of healthy living, wheat and sugar free diet, many healing interventions and treatments. Medically there appears to be no reason for the pain. I did have some related dental issues happening but even after these treatments the pain remains and it's sometimes quite intense and mysterious. There are some light body or symptoms that seem to take quite a while to clear! Thanks again for sharing.
