Process of spiritual awakening

Hi. myself Vishal S. I am undergoing the process of spiritual awakening. I feel very dizzy.. i am suffering from brain fog,headache,dental pain,blurry vision,lack of focus,high pitch sound rings in ear frequently. i feel like some intangible thing is pulling my brain/mind from inside and so i cant think clearly and cant perform upto my real potential.. my whole body pains and feeling very exhausted. i eat healthy diet still i feel my body is becoming store-house for disease....
i am having exams on 13th and 16th dec and i am not ready for the exams.. i am not able to concentrate and not able to practice for the exams.. i am afraid if i count make it up in the exams.... any experts' opinions and suggestion will be appreciated....
