Solar Plexus

I can feel a person's energy shift in my solar plexus. It shifts at the very same moment they shift in energy. In addition, when they have an "aha moment" -- I feel that as well as tingles throughout my body. If the feeling their having is emotional pain, I feel that powerfully and tear up and weep even if they are attempting to hold it in. I've become very sensitive and compassionate.

What has helped is just letting it be what it is. I no longer resist, I just let the energy go through me and then breathe it out to realign myself. If I need to rest, I do.
