Stuff that's being happens to me with other people when they talk

Sometimes I'll meet someone who makes me feel funny when they talk. It's hard to explain but when they speak there voices tickle my ear and make my head feel fuzzy inside. Like I'm in a trance, or sound wave. It doesn't hurt It feels good, but at the same time my instincts tell me to run there bad people or souls like they want something from me or they are not speaking the truth. It's a warm fuzzy buzzing noises but very faint like they speak on a different vibration then the rest of the world. Thus has only happens four times in my life and just wanted to know if others have had the same thing or ideas as to what or why it is.
